I’ll admit the recipe first came together by happenstance—I was looking for a way to use up leftover fresh cranberries too, so I threw a handful into my go-to blondies recipe. The result was so delicious I tweaked the recipe to make it official!

I air fried them rather than baking, at a lower temperature, in my air fryer and they turned out lovely.

I love that these bars have real cranberries, this was the perfect way to use up a bag that I in the freezer. They were really good, too!
