This risotto is definitely my favorite way to use swiss chard, but I love it in soups and quiches, too!

I make a similar risotto with sausage, kale and sundried tomatoes – and it remains one of my husband’s favorite dishes. Well, when I made your recipe, he said it’s good enough to rival mine. So this one is definitely a keeper.
