In reply to Ellen Lehnert. Hello Ellen! The great thing about financiers is that they're super versatile! I think dried fruits would be great in them. I would chop them up finely and mix them through the financier batter so you get a little bit in every bite. Don't be afraid to add spices into the mix, I think they would work well, especially with dates!
